2015 headshot22Most people find their way to this site because they are contemplating or ready to make some change. Therapy, assessment, and consultation all help you move toward changes you want to make. They help you identify solutions to problems of all sizes. They help you find ways to actively make things better. And they help you determine how ready you might be to make changes. Regardless of how far along in the change process you are, it is important to find a therapist who is a good match for you. My hope in creating this website is to provide information about myself and the services I offer to help you determine if we might indeed be a good match. I encourage you to explore the site and feel free to contact me to further discuss how we might work together. I appreciate what a big step seeking help is and I congratulate you for coming this far. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to help you with the next step!

 Ask a Psychologist

As a psychologist, I get asked tons of questions by clients, friends, and family. I’ve created this section of my website as a place to address questions I hear frequently with the hope the answers will be helpful to others. Do you have a question you’ve always wanted to ask? If so, please email me. Chances are other people may have the same question. I will post a new question and answer every few weeks, so please check back.

Question of the Month

I just learned my friend was diagnosed with cancer. How can I be most supportive? How can I help?

Our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world…as in being able to remake ourselves.
